Processing Times
Each item within my shoppe is hand-curated to ensure the highest quality.
This requires time , and I am a one-woman show.
Processing times range from order-to-order, but you can expect 2-3weeks between date of purchase and shipment of your order.
Shipping Policy
Once an item leaves my hands, its fate is no longer within my control.
I package items to keep them as safe as possible, but as I am not hand-delivering every item, I have no way of knowing how they are being handled in transit, or how long it will take.
Shipping delays are common, so refer to your tracking number frequently to see where your item is in transit.
If you have any issues with your delivery, please first contact the shipping carrier and see if they can resolve the issue. If they cannot assist you, please feel free to reach out to me and I will see if there is any way for me to assist.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Nyteshade Studio, all pieces are offered as part of a carefully curated collection and are considered final sale.
Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind, and limited nature of many items, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.
Please review all product details, sizing, descriptions, and images carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, you are always welcome to reach out before claiming a piece.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are FINAL.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so the matter can be reviewed.
